Hi, we're Paul and Vanesa.

Muse started as a website refresh and one business shoot. What we didn't expect was how that one decision would change our lives and allow us to work with people we are fortunate enough to call partners.

Paul handles the strategy side — websites, marketing, the shotlist behind a shoot. Vanesa's behind the camera most of the time, catching the details that deserve attention — and then behind the scenes long after, editing, staging a room before a single photo gets taken, understanding that every property is an experience, and making sure what you see matches what is felt.

Then there's Max. Corgi, self-appointed Head of Barketing, shows up in more of our behind-the-scenes footage than either of us do. He has no photography credits. He has opinions and requires a cheese tax when editing.

We started Muse because we'd rather understand something first and build from there. Before we pick up a camera, open a design file, or write a single word, we're asking intentional questions — not just what the business does, but what it actually feels like to walk into it. What a guest notices in the first five minutes of a stay. What a business owner wishes people knew but never gets to say out loud.

Understanding is the foundation we build every partnership from. Sometimes that's a content library that shows guests why they need to book. Sometimes it's a website refresh or rebuild because the business has changed in the last few years. Sometimes it's a social feed that actually speaks to your community and the customers you haven't met yet. The medium changes. The instinct doesn't.
