Pelican Harbor already had return guests. What it needed was a gallery that felt as warm as staying there actually does, coffee and pastries on dining room table, a board game mid-play on the table, wine out on the deck as the evening cooled. We built the refresh around those moments instead of empty rooms, so families, couples, and groups scrolling through could picture their own version of the stay, not just what the property looks like, but what a few days there would actually feel like.
